SEVEN CASTLE
I am honored to work with folks ready to rediscover their sexuality outside the bounds of what they’re been taught is “good” or “okay” and reclaim their Whole Wild and Sacred Expression in the bedroom and beyond. I coach individuals and couples to reconnect to their sovereign, most alive, and sensual expression of self.
Combining proven coaching techniques, ancient healing modalities, somatic practices and breath-work, I guide those who desire a reclamation and remembering of their authentic, balanced, and embodied being. It is my profound pleasure to facilitate these harmonious and deep connections with one's self and others.
Seven Castle has supported hundreds of folks in rediscovering safety and bliss in their bodies as well as creating greater connection and eroticism in relationships. In the past 20 years they’ve gone through a series of personal healing initiations and have been certified in an array of modalities.
Some of these include a year long Shamanic Practitioner training in Inverness, Scotland, a 400 hr Meditation Teacher Training with a 7th generation Tantric Guru, a 15 month Somatic Breath-work Certification program, and a 12 month Holistic Life Coaching Certification.
On the surface it may appear that Seven is just another coach or healer, but they have developed a unique way of blending the somatic, spiritual, shamanic and sensual parts of healing into one cohesive container for potent transformations.
They find the deepest pleasure in helping sexual curious and queer folks who desire to live in their most erotic and sacred expression, go from frustrated, uninspired, or turned off, to total sexual reclamation and embodied liberation.
